Regional Operations/ Underwriting Manager
Description:
The Regional Underwriting Manager is responsible to the overall loan quality of the region as well as the process flow of files through the regional underwriting centers. The RUM will provide direction and management to all underwriting staff and ensure compliance with all company risk management and credit quality policies and procedures. This is a senior level position and reports to the Regional VP.

Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive
Description:
Seeking qualified candidates for the position of Equity Lending Wholesale Account Executive for large geographic territory.
In this role, you will develop new 2nd mortgage business by calling on and servicing mortgage brokers and lenders. Your qualifications should include a proven track record of sales success in wholesale lending. Experience with second mortgage and Home Equity Line of Credit products is a big plus.

Mortgage Retail Branch Manager
Description:
The Retail Branch Manager position is designed to provide direction, monitoring of branch operations, and general supervision to the day-to-day functioning of the branch. In addition, the Branch Manager is responsible for the promotion, sales and delivery of financial products and services within the branch.
Directs operations and sales of assigned of a large or multi retail branch improving profitability, efficiency and loan quality while supervising a single office which may include small satellite sales offices, including the processing, closing, and origination functions. Handles all personnel issues which include: identifying, recruiting, and hiring production personnel to increase or maintain the level of sales and profitability within retail branch. Trains account managers on relevant product, pricing and sales subjects Evaluates and counsels retail branch operations personnel at least annually regarding performance. Participates in the development of budget for a large branch or multi branch group and all administrative procedures, reviews and approves the annual operating budgets and monthly sales forecasts of retail branch, and may be held accountable for profit/expenses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years managing remote Locationss and managers at a District or large branch level
- Experience with managing process, quality, reports, and budgets
- College degree or equivalent relative experience
- Ability to run a large branch or multi-unit branch
- Experience managing Net Value Added (NVA) based production operations
- Proficient understanding of mortgage banking concepts
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, selling, recruiting, conferences, interviews, and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong employee management/relationship skills
- Ability to present, motivate and teach
- Ability to manager deadlines
- Must possess a professional and positive company image
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Ability to travel in fulfilling requirements of position.
