Regional Operations/ Underwriting Manager

Retail Branch Manager

Description:
The Retail Branch Manager position is designed to provide direction, monitoring of branch operations, and general supervision to the day-to-day functioning of the branch. In addition, the Branch Manager is responsible for the promotion, sales and delivery of financial products and services within the branch.

Directs operations and sales of assigned of a large or multi retail branch improving profitability, efficiency and loan quality while supervising a single office which may include small satellite sales offices, including the processing, closing, and origination functions. Handles all personnel issues which include: identifying, recruiting, and hiring production personnel to increase or maintain the level of sales and profitability within retail branch. Trains account managers on relevant product, pricing and sales subjects Evaluates and counsels retail branch operations personnel at least annually regarding performance. Participates in the development of budget for a large branch or multi branch group and all administrative procedures, reviews and approves the annual operating budgets and monthly sales forecasts of retail branch, and may be held accountable for profit/expenses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years managing remote Locationss and managers at a District or large branch level
  • Experience with managing process, quality, reports, and budgets
  • College degree or equivalent relative experience
  • Ability to run a large branch or multi-unit branch
  • Experience managing Net Value Added (NVA) based production operations
  • Proficient understanding of mortgage banking concepts

Project Managers and Engineers

Description:
Need project manager/engineer for each of the following categories: Hydrology and Hydraulics; Water and Wastewater; Structures; and Land Development. Technical Qualifications Minimum of 6 years civil engineering experience. Registration as a professional engineer with ability to be registered in Idaho and another service area state within 6 months of hire. Experience preparing construction drawing details, plans and profiles, and specifications for the following facilities, as applicable: water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, irrigation, and roads. Excel, AutoCAD. Experience modeling and in performing studies and master plans. Hydrological and hydraulic engineer should be experienced in surface hydrology (wild land and/or urban). Modeling experience with HEC-1 is much preferred, and with WMS a plus. Groundwater hydrology experience would be a plus. Hydraulic experience preferably includes floodplain hydraulics using, as a minimum, either HEC-2 or HEC-RAS, and in floodplain mapping and FEMA processes and applications. Storm drain pipe, culvert, and channel design experience for sedimentation and erosion control, and also for capacity is desired, along with knowledge of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and Best Management Practices (BMPs). Water and wastewater engineer should be experienced in water network modeling for culinary, irrigation and fire flow systems, preferably using WaterCAD or EPANET2, and experienced in wastewater collection system modeling, using Hydra or SWMM6. Groundwater quality modeling, nutrient pathogen studies (contaminant fate and transport modeling), and onsite wastewater system design experience is a plus. Experience in sewage lift stations and force mains; water wells, pump houses, booster stations, and tanks; irrigation pump stations; and waterworks piping. Experience with water and wastewater treatment, other than onsite wastewater systems, is unnecessary. Structural Engineer Experience with conventional engineering work + structural knowledge and experience. Prefer engineer with abilities to perform forensic or investigative “cause and origin of problem” work along with associated reports for the legal and insurance industries. Land Development Engineer Land development engineers shall be experienced in private and public development projects, including site and subdivision development, and have well-rounded knowledge and experience. Experienced with grading and drainage plans and site drainage.
